What we do every week

Dispatch on the loads

A U.S.-based dispatcher works your trucks against loads from DAT and direct broker relationships. They negotiate, they document, and they keep your dispatch board moving.

Document Vault

Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts — captured, parsed, and routed to your factoring partner so funding is not blocked by paperwork.

Communications Hub

Per-carrier phone number, SMS-first redirect, recording, and an AI receptionist that takes a clean message after hours.

Flat per-equipment weekly fee

Pay any Stripe rail (ACH, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Link). Billed weekly on the day you activated — first invoice covers 8 days (1 free setup day plus 7 days of dispatch). No percentage of revenue, no monthly bundles, no surprises.

Designed for U.S. carriers

Lawmakers in the United States have introduced measures such as Dalilah's Law that aim to restrict foreign-based dispatching for U.S. carriers and strengthen enforcement around who can coordinate freight. Dispatch Rail is structured as a United States dispatch partner so carriers do not have to worry about hidden foreign-dispatch exposure as rules tighten around who can legally coordinate their loads.

Frequently asked questions

How does Dispatch Rail charge for dispatch?

Flat per-equipment weekly fee billed by ACH each Friday for the week that just ended. There is no percentage of revenue, no monthly bundle, no sign-up fee. The full per-equipment table is on the Pricing page.

What does "U.S.-based" actually mean?

Our dispatchers are based in the United States, our entity is registered in Wyoming, and your dispatcher is reachable on a U.S. phone number during published hours. We are not an offshore call center and we do not subcontract dispatching to overseas teams.

Why does that matter — "U.S.-based dispatch"?

Lawmakers in the United States have introduced measures such as Dalilah's Law that aim to restrict foreign-based dispatching for U.S. carriers and strengthen enforcement around who can coordinate freight. Dispatch Rail is structured as a United States dispatch partner so carriers do not have to worry about hidden foreign-dispatch exposure as rules tighten around who can legally coordinate their loads.

How does the factoring partnership work?

Keeping trucks moving is not only about finding freight. It is about making sure fuel, cash flow, and credit logistics keep up with the miles. Our approach is designed to fit alongside factoring and fuel programs from trusted providers such as OTR. We do not take title to freight and we do not pay carriers — your factoring partner does that, and we coordinate the documents that make same-day funding possible.

What does onboarding look like?

We start with a short call to understand your equipment, lanes, and authority. If we are a fit, we collect your authority documents, set up your per-carrier phone number and document inbox, and start booking loads. New authorities sign up via our /new-authority form so we can route the right intake.

What equipment types do you serve?

Hotshot, Dry Van, Flatbed, Step Deck, Reefer, RGN (heavy haul), and 3-, 6-, and 9-unit Car Hauler. Each equipment type has its own flat weekly fee — see the Pricing page.

What happens if I want to leave?

You can cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract. We will help you transition any in-flight loads and hand off documents cleanly. Weekly billing means you never pre-pay for service you do not receive.

What happens if a load goes wrong?

Your dispatcher works the issue with the broker — detention, TONU, lumper disputes, accessorials. We document everything via the Communications Hub, route documents through the Document Vault, and coordinate with your factoring partner so payment is not blocked by paperwork.

How does SMS opt-in work, and how do I opt out?

We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have explicitly opted in via our website lead-capture form. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately, or use the Unsubscribe page. Reply HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I keep my own broker relationships?

Yes. We dispatch against the loads you bring as well as loads we secure through DAT and direct broker relationships. We never tell you which brokers you can or cannot work with.

Do I need my own MC and DOT?

Yes. We are not a freight broker and we do not lease trucks onto our own authority. You operate under your own MC + DOT, which keeps you in control of your authority and your insurance.

How is this different from a freight broker?

A freight broker takes title to the freight and signs the rate confirmation as the carrier-of-record buyer; we do not. Dispatch Rail is your dispatch partner — we work for you against your authority. We are not licensed brokers.

What does Dispatch Rail do that I cannot do myself?

You can do all of it yourself. What we add: full-time U.S.-based dispatch coverage, a per-carrier communications hub with call recording and SMS-first redirect, a document vault that parses RCs/BOLs/PODs and routes them to your factor, and ELD-aware workflows that catch detention, TONU, and accessorials before they fall off the table. You buy back your evenings.

Where is Dispatch Rail LLC registered?
