2. What we collect

When you contact us through our website, we collect:

• Your name, company, email, and phone number
• Your MC and DOT numbers, fleet size, and primary lanes (when you provide them)
• Your IP address, user agent, and the URL of the form you submitted
• The timestamp at which you opted in to SMS or other communications

3. SMS-specific data handling

We collect mobile phone numbers only after explicit opt-in via an unbundled checkbox on our website. We use mobile phone numbers solely to send messages relating to dispatch services you have requested. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in records and consent metadata are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and SMS opt-in data is not sold under any circumstance.

If you opt out of SMS by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or STOPALL, or by using our Unsubscribe page, we mark your number as opted-out and stop sending messages immediately. Opt-out records are retained for compliance.

4. How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your dispatch services inquiry
• Provide dispatch and document services if you become a customer
• Maintain audit logs required by federal and state communications law
• Improve our service quality (in aggregate, never personally)

5. How we protect information

We use industry-standard security controls, encrypt data in transit with TLS, and limit internal access to personnel who need it. Audit logs are retained for 7 years to support TCPA defense requirements.

• Request correction of inaccurate information

7. Children

Dispatch Rail LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Our services are intended for motor carriers and authorized representatives.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will also be communicated to active customers.
