SMS Terms

1. Program description

Dispatch Rail LLC ("Dispatch Rail," "we," "our") operates an SMS messaging program for motor carriers (and authorized representatives) that have requested information about our dispatch services. Messages are limited to lead nurture, onboarding follow-up, and operational coordination directly related to dispatch services.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the unbundled SMS consent checkbox on our New Authority lead-capture form and submitting the form. We record the IP address, user agent, URL, and timestamp at which you opted in. Opt-in is never bundled with any other agreement on our site.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies — approximately 2-4 messages per week. You may receive fewer messages depending on your engagement.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Dispatch Rail does not charge for sending messages, but your mobile carrier may bill you for SMS or data usage according to your plan.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or STOPALL to any message you receive from Dispatch Rail. After we receive your opt-out message, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from Dispatch Rail. You can also use our Unsubscribe page.

If you opt out and later wish to opt back in, you must use the lead-capture form again — we do not honor verbal or email re-opt-ins.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for the program's help reply with the business name and contact email. You can also email privacy@dispatchrail.com directly.

7. Carrier disclaimers

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on most major U.S. carriers. We reserve the right to use a different long code or toll-free number to deliver messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and SMS opt-in records. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.
