Flat per-equipment weekly fee. Pay with any Stripe payment method — ACH, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or Link. Billed weekly on the day you activated. No percentage of your linehaul, no monthly bundles, no sign-up fee.

How billing works
- Sign up any day. Your first invoice is 8 days — 1 free setup day plus 7 days of full dispatch service. We don't charge you for setup.
- After that, standard weekly billing on the same day every week, anchored to your activation day.
- One billing event per carrier per week regardless of fleet size — multi-truck carriers get one weekly draft that totals all equipment.
- Pay any way Stripe supports: ACH, debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or Link by Stripe.
- Processing fees are passed through at Stripe's actual cost (no markup): ACH 0.8% capped at $5; cards and wallets 2.9% + $0.30.
- Single billing attempt — if your elected rail fails, we don't retry on it. You can switch to any other rail and pay the same invoice.
- Volume discounts: 5% off at 25 trucks, 10% at 50, 15% at 100.
- No long-term contract. Pause anytime ($0 fee within 7 days). Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Pause, cancel, reactivate
- Pause 7 days or less: no fee, no re-verification.
- Pause 8-28 days: $95 reactivation fee, no re-verification.
- Pause 29+ days: $95 reactivation fee plus light re-verification (FreightGuard, FMCSA authority, current insurance).
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service continues during the notice period; you can rescind without fee.
- Reactivate after cancellation: $95 fee plus full re-onboard, regardless of how long you've been away. Your operational history stays attached to your carrier file across every relationship era.
