Factoring & fuel
Keeping trucks moving is not only about finding freight. It is about making sure fuel, cash flow, and credit logistics keep up with the miles. Our approach is designed to fit alongside factoring and fuel programs from trusted providers such as OTR.
How it fits together
- You keep your factoring relationship. We do not require you to switch. If you do not have a factor yet, we can introduce you to OTR.
- Document Vault routes paperwork to your factor. Rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs are captured at the truck via the driver app, parsed, and forwarded to your factor for funding.
- Same-day funding is the default. Our dispatchers watch document completeness so factoring is not blocked by missing pages or ineligible BOLs.
- Fuel programs alongside. We coordinate with fuel and credit logistics partners so you do not run a 4-day delay between gross and useful cash.
What we don't do
We do not pay carriers — your factoring partner does that. We do not take title to freight. We do not act as a freight broker. Your authority remains your authority.
