A U.S.-based dispatch partner from day one. Here is the carrier journey — start to ongoing — in seven steps.

    Talk to dispatch

    You submit the New Authority form. We log your consent (IP, browser, timestamp) for compliance, and a U.S.-based dispatcher reaches out within 1 business day.

  2. 2

    Onboarding

    We collect your authority documents, certificate of insurance, and W-9. We provision your per-carrier phone number and document vault, and we link your factoring partner.

  3. 3

    First load

    Your dispatcher works DAT and direct broker relationships, negotiates rates, and books your first load. You approve the rate confirmation. We do not sign anything for you.

  4. 4

    Documents on the move

    Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and lumper receipts route into the Document Vault. Same-day funding through your factoring partner is the default.

  5. 5

    Ongoing dispatch

    Your dispatcher works your trucks daily. The Communications Hub records every broker call, redirects SMS-first by default, and an AI receptionist takes a clean message after hours.

  6. 6

    Weekly billing

    Flat per-equipment fee. Pay any Stripe rail (ACH, card, wallet). Billed weekly on the day you activated. No percentage. No monthly surprise.

  7. 7

    If you leave

    Cancel any time. We help you transition in-flight loads, hand off documents cleanly, and you keep your authority and your relationships.
